Jackson Triggs (Okanagan Estate) Proprietors' Reserve Riesling Icewine

The select Riesling grapes were harvested at -11° C and pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. The juice was allowed to cold settle, then innoculated with a selective yeast strain to enhance varietal character. The icewine was steel fermented under carefully controlled temperatures to maintain its unique flavour and aromas.
