Dark, almost black with heady aromas of rain-soaked rose petals, cherry pie, coffee bean and cocoa. On the palate the wine is rich, meaty and accented by liquorice spice, mineral and a hint of earthiness. This is wonderfully layered on a foundation of fine grained tannins whch round out this big, plump, explosive red.
