This wine provides quality, value and an authentic snapshot of premium vinifera varietals influenced by terroir, viticultural innovation and winemaking experience. This wine is a blend of our Chasselas grapes, which were the first grapes planted at Quails’ Gate in 1961, and our Pinot Blanc grapes. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and cold fermented to enhance the purity of the fruit.
