Quails' Gate Estate Winery Dry Riesling

Harvested in early November from Quails Gate estate vineyards, these vines are reaching their peak at 25 years of age. The deep roots extend into the subsoil’s of the Boucherie Mountain slopes, which brings more complex mineral and slate notes to the fruit. The wine was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks with French and German cultivated yeast strains. This wine is drinking well now with abundant lime, citrus notes or, with up to 5 years cellaring, will develop classic aged Riesling characters.
