Quails' Gate Estate Winery FVF (Fortified Vintage Foch)

Our latest FVF was made in traditional Port style using very ripe Marechal Foch grapes harvested in 2004 from Quails’ Gate Estate Vineyards. The Foch grapes, taken at an exceptionally ripe picking stage, were fermented in stainless steel tanks and fortified with spirit to create the rich flavour. This Port-style wine was then aged for 12 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
