Made from 100% Estate grown French clone Chardonnay in a classic cool-climate season giving the wine excellent balance and acidity. All the winemaker influences were used to hand craft this wine -including full barrel fermentation in French oak 40% new, regular lees stirring and full malolactic fermentation. This wine will reward careful cellaring of up to 5 years.
