Named for the French World War I hero, General Ferdinand Foch, Marechal Foch grapes produce an intense and full bodied red wine. Our Limited Release Old Vines Foch is made from grapes grown on 25 year old vines from vineyards in Osoyoos. This site is excellent for ripening early in the heat of the South Okanagan. Fermented with cultured yeast and aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, our Foch will continue to improve with age for up to 5 years.
