This Ros?s made from 100% Gamay Noir. The grapes are from Estate vineyards on the Boucherie Bench where the rock and clay add great dimension to this fresh wine. The grapes were crushed and soaked overnight allowing the clear juice to draw flavour and colour from the darker grape skins before it is separated for cool fermentation. This wine is meant to be consumed early while the flavours are crisp and vibrant.
