The Saturna Pinot Gris perfectly exemplifies our winemaking philosophy: we love and respect our land, and in turn, it produces beautiful and unique island wines. This Pinot Gris has an enticing aroma that jumps from the glass. The nose is fresh, and filled with apricot, granny smith apple, honey, and lime zest. The 2006 Pinot Gris is a wonderful wine to sip on its own. This wine’s excellent acid structure, however, gives it a crispness that makes for versatile food pairing. Our Pinot Gris pairs beautifully with west coast oysters, fresh goat’s cheese, BC spot prawns, or grilled chicken with thyme and lemon.
