Our Vintner’s Select Chardonnay’s aromas are fruity, fresh, and filled with citrus, gooseberry, and a touch of cinnamon. The palate explodes with apricot, peach, apple, and pear, with just a suggestion of nuttiness. This Chardonnay is a great match for poached halibut, roasted chicken with thyme, or simply prepared BC spot prawns. grilled chicken with thyme.
