Our 2006 Vintner’s Select Pinot Gris is filled with aromas of granny smith apple and bosc pear. The palate is filled with the essence of lime and lemon, while exhibiting earthy, smoky characteristics, and the mouthfeel is long and buttery. This wine is an ideal match with grilled pork, fresh scallops and tarragon, or fresh BC oysters.
