Our Vintner’s Select Pinot Noir has a floral, earthy, smoky, cedar-filled nose. The palate is filled with the essence of clove, raspberry, strawberry, and bing cherry. This Pinot Noir is perfectly suited to risotto with chanterelle and porcini mushrooms, simply grilled BC sockeye salmon, or venison loin with fresh herbs.
